Learn how to reduce energy costs and increase the comfort and efficiency of your home with the Whole House Program for Pennsylvania residential customers of Met-Ed, Penelec and Penn Power, FirstEnergy’s utilities (FirstEnergy). The Whole House Program will help you identify energy efficiency improvements that may qualify you for up to $1,200 in total rebates.

• Up to $300* in rebates for participating in a two-part comprehensive home energy audit, and
• Up to $900** in rebates for installing energy-saving improvements such as:
  • Air sealing
  • Duct sealing
  • Insulation
  • Duct insulation
  • Windows and doors

$150 rebate for the test-in audit and $150 rebate for the test-out performance audit after energy-saving measures have been installed

**Based on $.30/KWh savings achieved from installed improvements, up to $900 maximum.
