Home Performance with Energy Star
The New Jersey Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program offers financial incentives on energy efficient improvement packages. The more energy savings measures you decide to install, the greater the incentive you may be eligible to receive. Enhanced incentives are available based on the home's estimated total energy savings (TES), as a result of energy efficient measures installed.
Qualifying products: Whole home energy improvements including HVAC equipment.
Up to $4,000 and 0% financing up to $10,000.

COOLAdvantage
The COOLAdvantage Program provides rebates for energy efficient central air conditioners or heat pumps as well as proper system sizing and installation "best practices" that affect operating efficiency.
As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities has received funding from the federal government to provide rebates on select central air conditioners and heat pumps. This rebate offer is now available statewide and inclusive of municipal and co-op electric customers as of April 1, 2010.
The ARRA funding will provide rebates for the replacement of existing equipment with high efficiency home systems in homes for current New Jersey residential electric customers.
Due to limited availability of ARRA funds, the municipal and co-op electric portion of this program must terminate at the earlier of when ARRA funds are exhausted, or June 30, 2011.

WARMAdvantage
The WARMAdvantage Program provides rebates for high efficiency home heating systems and/or water heaters. To be eligible you must purchase, install and operate a heating system and/or water heater that meets all applicable efficiency requirements.
As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities has received funding from the federal government to increase participation in New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program and allow the WARMAdvantage Program to be statewide and inclusive of oil and propane customers.
This ARRA funding will provide rebates for the replacement of existing equipment with high efficiency home heating systems and/or water heaters in existing homes for current New Jersey residential gas, propane and oil customers.
Due to the limited availability of ARRA funds, the propane and oil and heat pump water heater portions of this program will terminate at the earlier of when ARRA funds are exhausted or June 30, 2011.
Qualifying Products: Gas Furnace up to $400, Gas Boilers up to $300
